Because of the nature of these items being custom made, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for them.

Returns and Exchange Details:
All sales are considered final unless there is any problem with one of our products due to shipping or construction defect, please reach out to me at Roy@hardwoodcraftsmen.com ASAP and we will work to make things right for you. Pieces that make it back to us in salable condition will can be refunded, but again custom order sales are final.
